Beautiful, Comfortable, Convenient, but Pricey

Years at this apartment: 2000 - 2001
 
Lived here for 18 months. Very friendly management, but corporate-owned, which means they're limited in their ability to cut a break on a mind-numbing $250 rent increase.

Landscaping and grounds are without peer. Gorgeous community.
