It's okay, but I'm outta here!

Where do I begin'' We had our garbage disposal backup on two occasions due to the idiotic people above us. Our apartment flooded since a drain backed up on one of the balconies. I understand that we need to keep debris away from the drain, but seriously... how can water get in when there isn't even a door...there's obviously something wrong with the foundation. This place needs to spring for double-paned windows and more insulation between floors. We could hear every freakin' step the people above us took, along with the BART trains that passed by every 15 mins. or so. It's ridiculous. Overall, the staff did tend to our every need, but I have to say, we needed them on many, many occasions. I have to say, that Im pretty glad to leave. The apartment itself is in a nice location, but isnt anything really special. If we were to sign another years lease, our rent would go up by $105!! NO THANKS WE'RE OUT!!!
