Nice place depending on your location'

The bad:
I can only assume that it isn't as noisy deeper within the complex. I lived near the Bart tracks and a four-way intersection. This is mainly the reason I'm not continuing my lease. In addition, I feel like the manager who sold the lease to me was purposely dodgy about telling me I was going to live near the tracks until the paperwork was final. She was a little bit too business-like in her language. Lease dealing should be a friendly and honest exchange. Her evasive and somewhat devious way of answering my questions should have been a sign that I wasn't going to get what I expected. My apartment key was also well worn, telling me that maybe a few copies are floating aroud on previous tenant's keychains.
The good:
There are fountains all around the complex that create a sound wall, blocking noise from cars and neighbors. Although it didn't block the noise from BART, it was still nice.
A friendly security guard patrols the grounds making sure our cars aren't stolen. Very close to BART station so you can walk over. Great water-pressure and plenty of hot water. Appliances work just fine.
If you want to live here and you don't have a high tolerance to noise, find an apartment far from the BART tracks.
