Mgmt is unresponsive to work requests on move in and during living there. Move in check list bears no resenblance to move out requirements. They use any excuse to keep your deposit. Ceiling fire sprinkler leaks took 4 compliants to get fixed. Oven had apart on order for 6 weeks, and self clean never worked.
Parking is a nightmare.If someone parks in your spot, YOU are asked to put a "courtesey notice" on it, and wait 24 hours...where do you park late at night'' The culprit leaves before 24 hours and does not get towed, and you are just stuck , in an area that does not have anywhere to park for blocks and blocks at night.
Security'' a joke...car breakins are frequqent, and mgmt insinuates it's someone you knew. Also, the excuse when no guard can be found, is that they are "changing companies"..
