Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2006
I started out at Baylanding as a travel nurse and ended up staying for a full year. Just moved out due to relocation of job. From day one I felt welcome by the management, esp. Ms. Evelyn and they knew me by name. All my service requests were dealt in a prompt and professional manner. Parking was NEVER an issue, ample parking. My current place now, parking is a nightmare!!!! Making me miss baylanding big time! The proximity to BART is a big plus too! Landscaping, fountains is nice. I got most of my deposit back. My friend lives in Park regency and stories she tells me about them sound horrible; I'd rent at Baylanding again in a heartbeat.
