I've been trying to call Bay landing managment for months to see when I'll get my Danage deposite back. They are actaully going to give some moneyback(although the check has not arrived months later)

Often I'll get someone on the phone, but they will tell me they do not have access to my account, they say they'll call back, but never do.

Also, no matter how well you clean your apartment, you will still be charged the $90 kitchen cleaning fee, the $90 bathroom cleaning fee, a Misc balcony cleaning fee, a repainting fee and a $75 carpet cleaning fee.

If they schedule an inspection before you move out... Don't expect them to show up, especially if you took time off work to be there.

Rent will increase by $300 if you want to stay one extra month to find a new place.
