WEll, the location is convenient. And having your own washer and dryer is a plus. But other than that, nothing ot write home about. The management is pretty much insensitive, they don't look at you as a human being and the place as your home. You are a client you can't get away from a contract and it's pure business. Parking and noise are serious issues, and the pool, spa, gym and other facilities are purely for decoration pusposes since practically they are not usable. I preferd it when it was owned and managed by bay landing: at least the white/blue colors looked nice (can't say the same thing about the ugly brown Archstone is using to repaint the buildings). Anyhow, my biggest proplem is the useless and disrespectful (did I mention insensitive before'') management. Based on what others have here, I am not counting to get my deposit back when I move out in couple of months...(as soon as my lease is over!!!) -- oh and did I mention cars and bikes get vandalized here'''
