The good: It is a little easier to find parking now that the new management tows away cars without permits.
The bad: There is too much emphasis on superficial cosmetic appearances of the complex while ignoring the fundamentals such as security and safety. You would think that they could use some of the refurbishing budget to hire a security patrol but that will not make financial sense to a new short term driven management team.
The ugly: Obscene rent hikes even for non-remodeled units, (i.e., increases that far exceed the market).
