Notice how Archstone prices the 12 month lease at a higher rate than the 10 month lease, which is not a common practice.
Their prices are adjusted for seasonal supply/demand fluctuations to squeeze every last cent out of your pay check. They have the audacity to actually suggest that they are doing it for your own convenience. What a bunch of deceiver!!
