They charge an application fee and there is supposedly a background check but how does a registered sex offender get in' I'm so grateful that there are ways to check addresses to see if there are sexual predators in the area. Of course they don't publicize this, but as a single female who lives alone, I want to know if there is a threat to my safety. Shame on Archstone Walnut Creek Station for letting a sexual predator in their midst. They are opening themselves up for a lawsuit should something go terribly wrong.
