Bikes get stolen, cars broken into, and now apartments are being broken into. Night security is rarely seen around here. Staff doesn't care. You can hear the neighbors below you, above you, and next to you. Don't be fooled by the pleasant environment, and friendly staff that greets you the first time, that is the only time this place will seem nice. Parking can be a pain with 2 cars and now that they are "going green", no more heated pool.

I bet the heater on the pool broke and they dont want to shell out the money to fix it. Hence, going green. If they really wanted to go green, they would heat the pool using solar panels.
