I liked the place. Yes, it had some issues, but all in all, I enjoyed it.

CONS:
Rent was expensive! (1435 for a 1bed1bath!!!)

The walls (and ceilings) were thin or something, because we heard everything! From the people walking to their cars below us to the upstairs neighbor's nightly fun time which ALWAYS ended at 11 o clock , few times a week!(not to mention, just walking around and moving ALL the time)

The neighbor above us, and the neighbor above him and our washing machines were all hooked up. The last month we were there it flooded OUR bathroom floor three times because of clogs in THEIR systems.

I had NO cell phone reception in this house except near the window... sometimes not even then.

PROS:
The landscaping was wonderful. I loved walking around and seeing streams, beautiful trees and a few times a month, a duck or two. I named the duck George... I don't know why.

The apartment was spacious (now, there was itty bitty ones. But I am a spoiled girl and got the 777 squarefoot one). Most people that came over commented on the size and how much nicer it was then the last Archstone apartment I lived in.

I thought the staff was nice. They never just sat and said uh-huh... I swear to god, I think they listened!

Anytime we needed something (because of the bathroom flooding) it happened ASAP.

I never had any issues with trying to find a place for my guests to park.

I never felt unsafe. I don't honestly know what area these other people lived in, but where I was it was safe, and I had no qualms walking in the parking lot. Heck, in other areas, parents would bring their kids under to ride their bikes. Obviously they thought it was safe too, or they wouldn't do it.

The staff was also understanding about when we had to break our lease. That was more to say then the last apartments we had to break from. They said they were sorry to loose us and they hoped that if we return to the area to look into renting from them again.

And I will. 3mPoZ6gGN6wTPgNi4L2C

Of course they fixed leaks quickly...it would behoove them to cause otherwise it would cost and arm and a leg if extensive damage was done. They only care about the property unfortunately....also, they let you break your lease for a cost. If they didn't tell you, you'll be getting a hefty bill soon. Sorry. good luck in your future endeavors.

Of course I was notified of breaking lease fees. I'm not new to apartment living. I was just saying how; considering in other places I have lived, they fixed ALL problems (not just emergencies) ASAP. I know how most people on here have written horrible things about them, but I enjoyed my stay, and I thought that was what this site was for. Telling about your stay so other people can see if THEY want to live here. Not to belittle the only person who has said they liked it.
