Years at this apartment: 2002 - 2004
 
Lived here for a while, management is ok, grounds are good, alot of noise from Bart trains, parking is really bad - very few guest spaces (ususally used by other tenants, even our handicapped neighbor often has a hard time finding a handicapped space
