Released last year, but not again

Years at this apartment: 2003 - 2004
 
Renewed lease last year, but will not again. The rent went down so I stayed... but so did the quality of tenents and the complex as a whole. Noise has gotten bad, managment has become non-responsive and parking is still an issue.

Have been looking around and finding much nicer places for the money.
