I cannot beleive how back this place has becone, and the managmenet no longer seems to care. I moving in in 2002, but will be leiveing this year. The rental rates have lowered a lot, so have the standards. NOTE the signs by the mail boxed that indicate that it is not EVEN SAFE to send mail out there!
