When I first came to archstone it seem like a pleasant place to leave. The staff was very nice on the tour ( the only time they are nice) So I signed a lease. It was horrible after that. My bathroom ceiling was coming down, due to plumbing problems. They did a horrible job patching up after cutting a huge whole in the ceiling. It took 4 months to get new blinds. When I took a tour they said they were planning to add parking this year. No PARKING HAS NOT BEEN ADDED. The pool water taste like salt water. A huge branch almost fell on me when I walked out of my house once. Archstone is suppose to have a garden environment ( not even close) . It is mostly shrubs, some grass ( some of it being dead: like the one by the back pool) . The apartment stair is even worse. The step wiggle back and forth. The police are in the parking lot everyday. By the way there is no street parking . the street parking is owned by bay landings. I m not one to complain about noise but the walls are thin and you can hear your neighbors having sex. Over all do not move here!!!!!
