Yes, that's correct. This place is turning ghetto along with the unprofessional office staff.
This place is falling apart on all aspects. The office staff flunked out from the Heald School for Morons; the maintenance staff didn't completely watch the PBS home improvement shows; and the landscaping crew are rejects from the Home and Garden channel.
On my last day there, I went to pick up any remaining mail from my mailbox. What did I see' The whole bank of mailbox doors was ripped off its hinges. Secure' NO! Criminal element' YES!
Parking' Laughable! Own an SUV' Let's hope it can park itself. The parking stalls are a joke. Once you park your vehicle in the mini stalls...climb out through your trunk to get out. Can't do that' Go ahead and live out of your car.
Have a second car' Sell it! You can spend over half an hour to find parking. This place touts that there is ample parking and is close to BART. They lie when it comes to ample parking. Being close to BART is a BIG plus. You'll need it when you finally find parking. (In the next city!) Park your car and take BART home.
Whatever you do...run. Inmates at San Quentin live better.
