I wish I would have read all this before I moved in!

I have never in my life of living at a apt. complex been asked to pay for water, garbage and sewage. $30.00 a unit for this'' This is probably not legal as sewage and water fall onto prperty owners taxes and we should not be paying these. Then they have the nerve to tell us we may not wash our cars here!! Why' We pay for the water! Security is awful. I am still waiting to hear back from them from a week ago. Re: Where do I park if someone is in my place. Haha, what a joke.
