There 2 years, the last it got REALLY bad

Years at this apartment: 2003 - 2005
 
The type of people who started moving in worried us, our car was vandelized, there were break-ins, management had warning notices at the mail boxes NOT to mail from there, PARKING for "Guests" was a joke, and NOISY...party kids
