I can't wait to get out of here. There is absolutely NO PARKING AVAILABLE for residents or guests. Nothing works properly: air conditioners; heaters; dishwashers; garbage disposals; vents in kitchens & bathrooms, etc. CIGARETTE SMOKE TRAVELS THROUGH THE VENTS AND MY APARTMENT/CLOTHES/EVERYTHING SMELLS LIKE SMOKE! Management is horrible. The only one who was competent and nice was Linda and I heard she quit!

The rents keep going up and nothing is done to improve the community. Talk about sleep deprived! With the toilet running constantly; loud pipes; paper thin walls; noisy neighbors; dogs barking; cats meowing; and homeless people rummaging around in the garbage dumpsters it's no wonder all the neighbors here are so upset. I've been asking about the broken jacuzzi FOR MONTHS AND IT'S STILL NOT FIXED!
Forget the laundry rooms. They are always out of order and take weeks to be fixed. If you loose money, you will never get it back!

Been here six months and it's been the longest six months of my life! DON'T RENT HERE unless you have money to throw away!
If you do find your parking space available (very rarely) the first thing that hits you is the smell from the dog poop and the overflowing garbage dumpsters! And if that doesn't offend you, THE HORRIBLE BEE problem will. BEES, ANTS AND SPIDERS EVERYWERE. INSIDE AND OUTSIDE OF YOUR APARTMENT.

Oh my god! I have been trying to get them to deal with the smoke in my apartment too and they say it is IMPOSSIBLE and therefore will not fix it!!!! This place is the absolute worse. I am moving out.

It smells like the Marlboro man lived in my apartment before I did.
