I am just about to finish my year lease and have pretty pleased with living here. Apartment living isn't the grandest; yes, my upstairs neighbours must have lead feet. I live next to the pool and it actually doesn't suck, I choose this spot so I cannot complain about pool noise. Maybe my area is nice because I live next to the rental office and they want this part to stay maintained better. Parking totally sucks but I knew that coming in, another warning is that the newer spaces are compact size so thats most of them. Very small. People are nice, but I havne;t had any issues with equipment. They are pretty corperate; and push legal action if you are 7 days late with your rent. I messed up once and they were still helpful. All in all it's an apartment, It's not my home or at least I hope not. I am looking at other places in WC but may end up here for another year.

The complex is OK as long as you don't have to deal with office staff or maintenance crew
