They show two floor plans-- one-bedroom 746 square-foot unit two-bedroom 996 square-foot unit They advertise prices as -- 1 bedrooms starting at $1,085 2 bedrooms starting at $1,550 When you call, you learn that the one-bedroom (746 square-foot unit) they advertise is really $1,300. For $1,085 you get a "junior one-bedroom" as the agent put it. She promptly informed me that "we change our prices daily" when I questioned the add. Archstone obviously practices bait and switch, a very common unethical sales practice. Archston obviously has no problem falsely advertising their property.
