PARKING PARKING PARKING...
If you own a vehicle STOP! You will seldom be able to park in your very own stall. Scum bags park wherever they want. Management does nothing. They said they called North Main Tow (who they are contracted with). So I waited, then called a friend at North Main Tow, just to be told that they never called. I then called a friend at another tow company to come and tow it the hell out of my stall. He did, parked a piece of crap hippy van in the red zone and that was that. Lots of trash movin' in there. I believe they must be relatives of the staff, who are skanks as well. We left and broke our lease. I kept a journal of everything. I would love to meet those jerks in court. They say satisfaction guaranteed...' Guaranteed to whom'

I agree with everything you wrote. This place is a joke. My newest concern is the safety of pets. Archstone calls themselves pet friendly, yet my boyfriend noticed a landscaping crew putting a white chemical substance on the grass. We called the office at Archstone out of concern for our dog's health and safety as she walks on the grass. They told us they would find out and get back to us. Of course they never did. A friend of ours told us that if they are putting anything on the grass the office needs to notify residents ahead of time as chemicals to enhance the grass could be deadly to animals and even children. We never received any notice from the Archstone staff. We again called the Archstone office with our concern. They again said that they would get back to us and of course did not. We try to keep my dog off the grass as much as possible but sometimes its inevitable that she gets into it. Recently, my dog started vomiting after coming in contact with the grass. I am hoping she is okay, but you can bet Archstone will have a HUGE law suit on their hands from many pet owners if their lawn is making tenant's pets sick in this quote unquote pet friendly community.
