Does it still stand that you have to pay for all utilities gas, electric, water, etc. and that the total amount is divided among all of the tenants. What is the amount you are actually paying' How do you know the amount they give you is accurate' Does the amount fluctuate every month by much'

And also, what about safety in this complex'

DO NOT MOVE HERE! I WISH I LISTENED TO PEOPLE TELL ME THIS BEFORE I MOVED IN! THE STAFF IS INCOMPETENT!! THE PARKING IS A JOKE! THERE WERE SOME CAR BREAK INS. THERE WERE/ARE PROBLEMS WITH THEIR UTILITIES AND APARTMENT STRUCTURE THAT CAUSE DAMAGE TO YOUR PROPERTY AND THINGS. ARCHSTONE'S SOLUTION-GET RENTAL INSURANCE. THAT'S THEIR SOLUTION TO THEIR INCOMPETENCE. YOU ARE ESSENTIALLY PAYING FOR ARCHSTONE'S INCOMPETENCE! THIS PLACE IS A JOKE!!

Yes the amount fluctuates and no, you have no way to know if you are being ripped off. Read the other reviews. Please do not move here. It is a horrible place to live - and getting worse!!!

I live here now, and all I can say is it's HORRIBLE...I can't stand the management, they are not worth the price...they get you to move in at one price and raise your rent quickly...I would advise against it!
