The management is so bad, especially the women in charge, they give an awful name to the archstone company. Lived in archstone in other states and this one is a true joke that crosses into unlawfulness. Do not believe a word they say. They list 2 pools and hot tubs in their amenities, but the hot tub by my apartment, has been broken for 3 weeks and they failed to do anything about it when they know. It is never possible to use the pool because is always full of leaves. And to top it off they have people who pretend they are working with leafblowers all day long for 4 days a week making it so noisy its impossible to even talk on the phone. Oh by the way, the grounds are actually dirtier after 3 days straight of leaf blowing than before. They simply do not care. All they care is to look busy so they get their paycheck. At night you cannot even walk in half the place because they water so much there are torrential rivers and the sprinklers are set without any regard to the fact that is impossible to even pass anywhere without getting wet.If you avoid the puddles and mud everywhere. But after all they do not care to water 6 hours a night, the residents pay for the water usage on this property, so they really have no sense of anything.
As i said this is not worthy of the archstone name, i could go on with their violations on the lease and forget about 1 day service guarantee, they say its not actually a binding guarantee(but actually it is) and thats how they justify taking 1 week for a service request. Total fraudulent marketing, and rudeness on these ppl part. The manager doesnt even say hi to you if she walks around and sees you. The one guy in the office actually always looks down and tries on purpose to avoid any residents when givin "the tour of the property". Never seen anything like this. What a bunch of losers!

I agree. The other thing you need to be careful of are rusty nails in the parking lot. I have dodged a few every now and then.

Yeah, that Mike Rojas or Ramos, whatever was an "A" hole. He gave this place a bad name. But I haven't seen him since, hopefully they fired him. They're raising my rent 200 more, so I'm leaving.
