My only complaint would be about the people living there. It is such a large community, and there are so many people there... My neighbors were always cooking awful smelling food and "procreating." That was mildly unpleasant.
I really liked living at archstone, and so did my dog. Parking is really quite terrible, but there really is no better location. As far as the pet-friendly rental market goes... This property is by far the best. Having worked in property management in neighboring cities I know how unrealistic tenants can be. The fact is: it is multi-family living, not a utopia! And of course, the many satisfied tenants are too busy to post positive reviews.

Obvious this is written by office staff or a former worker bee. Notice how none of the other categories got 100% (construction, grounds and safety). I find it ironic that office staff and maintenance got 100%

the review is suspicious, but i've lived here for about 18 mos and i agree with some of the problems listed above. especially, about the procreating part. since they've put in the cheap hardwood laminate floor which makes the flooring extremely paper thin. now i can clearly hear my upstair neighbor's bath habits and mating activities. i've emailed the staff about this and have gotten no response. the current office staff is okay. other then denise hesselink(gm) most of them have only been there for only a few mos. all the good staff don't stay for moren than 6 to 10 mos. this doesn't reflect well on the admin and archstone. also notice that since i've been here i've had 3 neighbor changes. archstone don't seem to like to keep their good tenants by keeping their rent increases low. my last increase was $100 which push my rent up to $1145. i'm sure that someone will say that's cheap in this tight mrkt. a 10% increase in the cost of living is kinda redicilious because my salary doesn't go up 10% within 11 mos. i think everybody should get their fiscal act together and start buying instead of making a faceless corporation rich. that's what i'm doing. if you like to share your experience pls email at gongbananas@yahoo.com.
