I do not think anyone will find an apartment complex anywhere in which there will be no tenants complaining and griping about something, I guess it is just the nature of people.
But I can tell you that this apartment complex as with all apartment complexes has it's ups and downs, or its pros and cons.
This place is safe, it has good lighting, and there are not really any areas where it is scary to go.
The parking is frustrating at times and maybe even challenging on some days, there are definitely apartments with better parking, but not by much, as you all know, most apartments have 1 reserved space and limited guest parking. Sometimes you can find a good complex next to a big empty parking lot, but lets face it, it is rare. the bart parking lot is a short distance away, but it is inconvenient to park there especially if you have to carry stuff.

If you have pets this place is great, because they provide the poo bags and a garbage to put them in. some people are too lazy to clean up after their pets, and still there is no poo smell in the air, and i rarely see droppings.

maintenance crew is very responsive, Once my door lock would not work so i called them and they had a guy over to fix it within 5 minutes, wow.
although my ac has been acting up, and their in house crew does not work on air and heating, this was a year ago, and it is still not fixed properly.

The complex is clean, and well maintained for the amount of people living here.
I believe there must be at least 400 units here.
