I like living at the Creek,I have never had any problems with the office staff ,eveyone is friendly. When I need something fixed it gets done.I usually give them permission to enter my apartment so it gets done while I am at work.I have one car so I have no problem with parking.My lease is ending soon and I have to move because of my employment relocation but I would reccomend this community to anyone
who needs to be near a Bart station and has one car.

Amen! I get an update everytime there is a new review of these apartments. Im one of those tenants that thinks its unfortunate when other tenants seem to have so many problems when I dont. And, in the beginning, I was afraid to get a renewal notice here because people complain about the rent increases. I am happy to say that after one year, our renewal offer was VERY reasonable... as a matter of fact, I have been able to communicate with them to do more than I expected. ... maybe they are willing because I am not a problem tenant. whoo hoo!
