NOT SAFE! Car break-ins. TV stolen from gym in mid-day. Staff=Poor service and excuses for everything.

First, they will be nice.
Then, after you're locked in a lease they will care less about you.
Also, if you ever have a problem, with anything (big or small), they are condescending, rude, and will try to make you feel like it's your fault.
Parking is a nightmare.
Keep your doors locked. It's not safe here; it's probably because it's so close to Bart. In fact, just this week the only TV in the gym was stolen in the middle of the day.

I would think twice before signing a long lease with this place. They really need to replace ----,the Leasing Consultant, and the General Manager, ------. They would throw their own mother under a bus just to keep their job and save face.

(Now comes the replies that will dispute everything negative I've said...)
