We came to look at an apartment. Instead of greeting us properly and showing us the place, this lady started off with unnecessary and uncomfortable talk - "You were here before right, so you should know everything...." sort of thing. We were there over several months ago. But, how does that matter! Every time she says..."Oh! you should know this, because I should have told you this before"....You are right! I have no other work in the world, but to remember what this arrogant lady told us or not told us long time back.

And when I asked about the dimensions of one of the room, she says "We can't give that out. Because if there is any slight discrepancy then people might sue us. Few thinks you learn with experience you know!!!". You are right!!!!. So, how come they are giving out sqft for each plan. Even the sqft can be slightly off right! -- will people not sue her then'''. This just shows that her brain is in her knees.

They have a big banner outside the complex stating "Amazing Specials". And guess what their specials were. If we sign a lease then we don't have to take the possession of he apartment immediately, but we can make the move in date to be within a week or two. Wow.......... what an AMAZING SPECIAL!!!!!!!

Her body language and her attitude overall is very repulsive. I think she should seek a psychiatrist and get herself involved in a job where there is no customer interaction rather than working here and behaving as if she is doing a big favor on customers. She is a big turn off.

The proximity of the apt complex to BART pretty much ensures that they will be occupied 100% no matter what. So, I don't know why they can't get someone who is humble as a leasing manager.
