Before it was Oakwood Walnut Creek with Chris and other staff as our management, it was the best management I have ever seen. However, a couple of months ago, the apartment was changed to Archstones Walnut Ridge. This new manager lady is horrible. She is very rude and not friendly at all. She will make you feel very uncomfortable.(maybe she will act differently when you are visiting and looking around, and ready to sign the lease.) The other things are great. Very quiet and clean all the time. The building is very new too. The only complain I have is the noise of the bart and thin wall, but I think it is okay level. If you have two cars, you might have a problem, but usually you there are enough spaces.
I pay about $1,500/mo for one bed/one bath. I think it is a little pricy, but as the other review said, you pay for the premium. The place is not very big, but good for one person.
This place would have been perfect place to live if oakwood management was still here and the rude lady was gone. (I do not even know her name. She never introduced herself, and I personally do not care.)
