I agree with the other reviews that these are generally well kept higher-end units. However, I can't say that I'd recommend it. I also had the same ill experience with the office staff. They are very uncooperative and it seemed that anytime I had a concern, (noise and robbery are an issue here!) they would do absolutely nothing. The groundskeepers on the otherhand are awesome and would be much better suited to running this place than the current office staff. I lived here for about a year but was disheartened by the outrageous rent increase and had to find new accomodations. You have to be willing to fork over a lot of money for these small units. I didn't think it was justified anymore. One other concern I had was privacy. You will most likely have a view of your neighbor's porch, family room, and bedroom. Good luck keeping the window shades open unless you enjoying living in a fish bowl!
