This place is a TOTAL dive. Poorly maintained, the owners are crooked (I actually saw the apartment manager remove the sign from the pool area that the county had put up to notify folks that the pool was unsanitary). There really is no maintenance, just the apartment "manager" who will come around when he's actually in town (which was rare). I left a corner shelf up in the bathroom (this thing was small, weighed maybe 2 pounds) I though the next person might enjoy it as there is NO shelving space in the bathroom at all. Management charged me 170.00 for a dump run for this little shelf... crooked. Parking is such that people park in front or back of one another. I actually had to have a car towed because I couldn't find the owner and couldn't get out of my space! Numerous break-ins as well (auto and home) NOT a safe area even if the police station is right down the street. I would think twice before moving into this dump.
