I am planning on moving. I originally really liked the location and the kitchen had more cupboards and storage than I had ever seen in a comparable apartment. HOWEVER, the owners and apartment manager leave you with a "not so good" feeling. It takes forever to get things fixed, including the wall heaters! Parking is a nightmare (no assigned parking with people parking behind each other). The pool has been shut down repeatedly by the health dept. I have dry rot on my deck (my foot actually went through a board and I'm still waiting for them to replace it) and to top it off, the apartment manager, a 60-something, is constantly hitting on all the women in the complex. He is usually one of the worst contributors to noise issues (playing music at all hours and loudly, since he is hard of hearing). He frequently "forgets" or denies that you've ever previously told him of a problem to be fixed and is typically combative/argumentative. Of course, to top it off, we recently had a large structure fire here (one whole wing, 16 units, burned out), so it has even less going for it. There are plenty of other places to live.
