A decent first apartment.

Years at this apartment: 1999 - 2001
 
Great location. Close walk to shops, bars, parks, etc.

However, walls are thin, neighbors are unreasonable and management is completely incompetent.

It was a great place for the 1.5 years I lived there, but I was glad to move on.
