this is my first apartment, and im putting up with a lot of crap from this guy, just because its such a nice location, right downtown and close to bart.
he is by far the strangest man ever! not only he doesnt listen to you, cuts you off in a middle of your sentence, is rude and not capable of doing his job properly, but also breaks major laws and rules.
for example: in the past year of me living here, i have never receved a phone call that he will be coming to the apartment. he just shows up, bangs on a door for about two minutes. if you dont answer, he opens the door and walks right in.
if you complain about something not working properly, he will come within a week with his little screw driver, bang on the broken utility, look around, and then maybe get somebody to fix it. MAYBE! i have to call him over and over again, to check in on the issue, to make sure that hes still doing something about it!
Zia is cheap, and will try to get away without fixing things just to save money. i dont think his bosses and supervisors really know whats going on around here.
i will NOT recomend this apartment comlex for people with kids. the railing on the stairs is a joke. there are big problems with mold, that is just patched up, and never fixed. ventilation in bathrooms is horrible. the only part of the community is right outside of the manager's apartment. the rest of the upkeep is poor and not clean.
i can go on and on and on...
