I don't know why everyone else seems to dislike this place. I moved in in August, right after they had redone my apartment, and it pretty nice. The kitchen is roomy enough with new countertops and flooring. The bedroom is big with plenty of closet space. The bathroom is in good shape. Maybe we just lucked out on our individual apartment, but we are really happy here.

We're paying $1100 a month right now for a 1 bedroom. The neighbors are kind of noisy, but it's not too bad. The landscaping and pool were redone a few months ago and they look really nice now. The management recently changed and they seem pretty cool so far. Like I said, they've been redoing everything, which is nice.

My favorite part is probably the location. We live walking-distance from the whole downtown area, which is really fun. Plus, we're close to the police station, fire department, and hospital, which makes me feel safe. We have had no problems with parking either.

The one thing I would suggest is if you live here in the summer, DEFINITELY buy an extra air conditioning unit! The one in these apartments is out in the front room and does not reach back into the bedroom, which is no fun when you're trying to sleep. Other than that, it's a great place to live.

"I don't know why everyone else seems to dislike this place." Well, read the other reviews and you'll know. Thank God that incompetent boob who used to be manager is gone. You don't know what you missed. The remodeling looks good but there's still the problem with common walls and ceilings. Once, I clearly heard the couple above me having a good time.
