Our view from our balcony is great but, the carpet in the hallways is seldom if ever vacuumed and is stained throughout the complex. The elevator is always dirty and the community garbage compactor/shute is right next to the elevator in the garage which allows you the "pleasure of it's odor" while waiting for the elevator to arrive.The pool area is beautiful and well kept up.Staff has been very responsive but I have never complained directly to them about the things mentioned above.
