	Well-kept grounds, responsive management and reasonable rents make up for the small amount of occasional noise in the hallway. Sorry to have to leave.

	This is the noisiest please I have ever lived! And the apartments are falling apart.

	Overall it is a good place to live; nice manager, good neighbors. I recommend it for anyone who enjoys a quiet living environment.
