Years at this apartment: 2002 - 2003
 
Contractors trashed apt floor, carpet, walls shortly after moving in.

On-site management team is less qualified in customer relations than McDonald's employees.

Lots of ants/roaches even though the apartment was kept immaculate.

The only positive is the pool/gym/neighborhood.

I would recommend Oakwood for the same/similar price.
