Yes, I agree. I lived there for a year. Since I worked alot out of my apartment, I was subjected to those air blowers every single day. The main problem is that the blowers are GAS-POWERED (electric ones are much quieter). I also do not understand the need to make racket all day long just so there isn't a single leaf on the ground. But the noise problems did not begin and end with the landscaping crew. There were also lots of kids racing around on scooters and bikes and YELLING all the time. Nothing was done about that either. What a shame, as I really liked my apartment. However, I had to move to get some peace and quiet.
