While touring the staff is absolutely nice and pleasant. However once they get your money and you're locked in for a year, they are the absolute worse to deal with. Here are my experiences.

Feb 26, 2004 - I moved in.

Feb 26, 2004 the maintence came in and took care or minor problems. They were courteous and quick. So far seems like a good choice.

March 26, 2004 - I made an appointment for March 27, 2004 at noon to have someone come look at the problems. Possible refrigerator leak and the caulking was peeling in my bathroom and the stains in my carpet were resurfacing.

March 27, 2004- 12:30pm I called the office. The maintence had not arrived. Office staff told me maintence was on their way within 30 minutes. Called back at 1pm maintence would not be coming today. Apparently the office didn't notify maintence of my appointment.

April 1, 2004 - With much regret I gave permission for maintence to enter my apartment without my presence.

April 11, 2004 - Received a Right to enter dewelling unit on April 12, 2004 notice to inspect for mold. Called office to arrange for a possible Saturday appointment so I could be there during the inspection. Was told by office staff that they have the right to enter by leaving notice and my concerns for people entering without my presence is unimportant.

Late May, 2004 - Received a Right to Enter Dewelling Unit for inspection. The day of the inspection, I called the office staff. They were unsure as to why there was an inspection. Apparently I was one of 30 randomly selected units that was inspected. However they did not know why. These are the people in charge of my safety and allow inspections into your units without being sure. Very disturbing.

June 1, 2004 the door nob bent my key. Another repair.

June 7 , 2004 The water nob in my shower/bathtub is broken. Water does not come out.

July 2, 2004 - Another inspection of my unit with a Right to Enter notice. The 3rd one in 4 months. Again the office wasn't sure why but apparently every unit was inspected and the orders came from the owners. This is the second time they have entered my unit and the office wasn't sure why. Possible remodeling or possible refinancing of the loan' Unacceptable for them to not know why they've entered.

Sept. 21, 2004 7pm (after office hours) - Maintence came over, apparently my shower/bathtub is leaking causing damage to the ceiling of my neighbor downstairs. Any possible correlation to the June 7, 2004 shower problem' They were to be back tomorrow to fix it.

Sept 22, 2004 - Maintence not coming till noon and will take a few hours to fix. This is the same problem that disturbed my evening last night, and maintence doesn't fix the problem first thing in the morning.

I had little expectations when I moved in here. I figured if I paid rent on time they would leave me alone. I'm an ideal tennant who works 40-60 hours a week depending on busy season, and is gone every weekend.

When my girlfriend went to the office to find a laundry room that accepts money for your laundry card, because not all do, one staff at the office told her she doesn't do that. Doesn't do what' Help people. All she needed to do was hand her a brochure which has a map of the complex and circle the laundry rooms that allow you to add money to your card.

I'm writing this because I know management reads this. I was told by the office staff during my tour they check this very site. Their unprofessional and rude attitude needs to stop. I'm writing a letter to the owners of the complex describing these same incidents of their staff hoping they will be held accountable.

I agree with your comments of the staff. They are horrible, rude and irresponsible.
