New ownership has changed not only the Sales Staff, the Rental Management Company/Staff, and the name (coverted condos called ClubVillas), but also invites a new way of thinking. The staff is courteous, honest, knowledgable and prompt with information.
The views are still gorgeous, it's still moments from downtown Walnut Creek, Heather Farms and BART, and still packed with spa amenities! Club Villas' new construction includes slab granite, maple cabinets, crown and base moldings, stainless steel appliances, and much more!
Definitely worth a second look!
