Thes apartments are were built in 1970 under the building code of that time. That means the walls and floors are incredibly thin. Don't be fooled by the new appliances and floors, they are putting lipstick on a pig!
The apartments are extremely noisy. There salespeople will tell you they are replacing the windows to doublepane, but they forget to mention that that does not improve the 1970s construction. The walls, ceilings, and floors are cheap.
For those that interested, I am selling shirts that say "Proud owner of a 1970 apartment unit." On the back they will say "It only cost me a half million!" That way you can let your peers know that you are the proud owner of a 36 year old box with new windows, paint, and appliances.
