Lived there for more than two years. Manager lives onsite and is very responsive. It?s a very quiet complex, just a few blocks from Broadway Plaza. Only bad thing we experienced was a horrendous rent increase after our first year there. I don?t think that?s a regular thing, but you should definitely ask about it. Also, move-in can be rough because the elevator is tiny and if you're on the top floor you have to go up some stairs anyway.
