I've lived at what is now called the Arbors for 3 years. I hated the exterior of the building - it isn't anything special, however I LOVE my apartment!! My one-bedroom has a big living room, walk through kitchen with all new apliances w/ a marble stove backdrop. I had new carpets, gorgeous flooring and several new upgrades.

What I really love is that the ajoining apartment walls are living room to living room and kitchen to kitchen. There is little to no noise between the apartments and the bedrooms are not flush up against one another (noises you don't want to hear, right).

My rent has not gone up even once. I find that managers to be good even though there is a high turnover for managment here. They allow pets and will turn a blind eye if you know what I mean.

The location is rock star!! We are 1/2 block from Safeway, 1-1/2 blocks from the free shuttle/trolly car that takes me to BART everyday. Rumor has it that they are getting ready to build a Trader Joes 3 blocks away. Did I also mention that whole foods is 2 blocks away as it Andronico's not to mention the killer restaurants and shops.

I totally dig it here!
