I have limited renting experience in the Bay area. From what I have seen the units are expensive and small. This place has well over 700 sq. ft. and I got it for only $895. As opposed to some other experiences I have had, the manager will actually get back to you at fixing any problems. Parking is limited for guests, but being at the end of the cul de sac provides the best opportunity for finding street parking on Creekside Dr. There is one assigned parking space and a security camera, and there has been no car theft problems (as far as I know). There is no pool. There aren't very many units so it is more quite than your larger complexes and the walls are better insulated for noise than other places I have rented. From what I have seen and heard from the other apartments on Creekside Dr., this place should be looked at when considering to live here.
