The management here is useless (Mandy was ok to my husband but not so nice to me), repairs are never done correctly and they don't care about the tenants (one new neighbor who moved into a renovated unit had the new cabinet doors fall off in his kitchen). Kids with bb guns are a nuiscance. Neighbors are rude, noisy and creepy. Building possibly not up to code. The railing in some places has gaps big enough fro children to fall through. Management waited 6 weeks to replace used fire extinguishers. Speed limit not enforced which made the parking lot dangerous (I had to call WCPD a couple of times because of dangerous speeding). Carpets had not been deflead prior to move-in. Ants in the winter time would crawl up through every crack. Mold in rooms that were ventilated.

Check out manager's response to my review! How professional. They also left early regularly and failed to answer the phones. My phone calls were rarely returned.

Prior to moving out, the dog situation to me. Dog crap everywhere. Dogs barking at night. Some people also didn't control their dogs.

This place is also infamous among other property owners in Walnut Creek. (At least 6 other complexes that I talked to had tenants who had fled from Creekside with the same trouble and a few had met the management).

Guess what smarty, everything is up to code. Useless, better term used for people who sit at home on thier computers and bash the place they chose to live at. Get a job and move.

I don't agree with the author at all. I love living at Creekside Glen and have for a long time now. I live in an unrenovated apartment. The staff has always been nice to me and I have two cats and have never had a problem with fleas or ants, infact all of the apartments have new carpet. You shouldn't lie about stuff. I think the author is bipolar. Also the dogs and thier owner don't bother me at all. Infact I have a great black lab that lives next door to me. I think the author was very unfair in picking on the staff. They are nice to everyone & they have always done my repairs. I also have no creepy neighboors and as far as the response above I do not even beleive that they came from the staff. I think someone like the above author maybe she is bipolar and suffers from mulitple personality disorder was just trying to make them look bad, i bet she posted the responses herself. She needs to get a life. I glad that she moved. Who needs freaky neighboors like that!!!!!!!! Get a life lady!!!
