Talk about gettho''' You might as well live in east oakland and know that you are in the gettho... This place is not a good place to live in period... Management is really bad not professional at all. Please do not be deceived by the apearance of the property they are remodeling the property but still have to deal with the same people. Not so safe for children please move in elsewhere... Oh did I mention the neighbors peeing on the stairway and spit all over the corridor' Yes they do... They even pee right where I park my car in the garage area. They leave beer bottles on the stairs and throw garbage everywhere. NOT CLEAN AT ALL... And when you have maintenance' Be ready to wait because it took them 3 months to fix our request and did not even do a walk through with us when we moved in...

I have lived at Creekside Glen for three years. I regret having moved in. There is often no one in the office, even during posted office hours. Read the responses from the staff on this website. The staff is rude and unprofessional. I plan on moving when my lease is up.
