Overall, my experience living here was mediocre. My apartment was very large and renovated which was nice, but the renovations were not quality work and the walls are so thin that you can hear everything! The countertops, appliances, carpet, bathroom fixtures were all new, but not installed properly. The countertop was slanted on the breakfast bar, the microwave made the kitchen lights dim, and the floor was very creaky (just to name a few). Not only does it creak when you step (which is really annoying), but I could also hear my upstairs neighbors every time they stepped, turned on the TV, or took a shower. These are all little things which are pretty annoying, but are bearable if you re willing to put up with it.

The management is also average. They do the bare minimum, nothing more, nothing less. They aren t too friendly and very unprofessional. I felt like every time I came into the office, they made me feel like I was bothering them. The maintenance workers are also okay. One of the maintenance men is very pleasant, but the other is very unfriendly.

The parking here is horrible! If you have 2 cars, I would not recommend moving here because street parking is hard to come by and I was on the waiting list for over 8 months to get a second parking spot. Late night and weekend parking is impossible!! My roommate and I ended up having to park on Main St. and either walk or carpool back up to the apartment.

My neighbors were not rude, but I definitely would not consider them friendly. I work all day and so I was not home during the day, but evenings do get fairly loud with the combination of foot traffic, televisions and music all coming from neighboring units.

If you are looking for a quality, friendly environment, this is not the place to move. If you are looking for a deal on a short-term living situation and you don t care too much about your living environment then it s an okay place to move.

I am so sorry that you felt as if you had a bad living experience living here. The interior renovations were done by contractors, and judging by the date that you posted this review you were in a unit completed by the orginal contractors whom we fired in Dec.2007. As I said in a previous posting that had you come to me I would have made sure that you were taken care of. I have never been and will never be a mean person, and I am in fact very proffesional. I am most certain that you were a great resident and we were sorry to have lost you.

my renovated apratment is awesome!! nothing falling aprt, i have pretty wood floors and nice carpet nice countertops and new appliances plus i think the staff is really nice and the chicks in the office are hot!
